Looks like Neapolitan ice cream.

One thing I think is one of the most important:

Making sure your floor isn't lined with plastic - if your floor is lined with plastic - it will reflect light like this:

I have 2 rooms similar in set-up

Room A:
Wood Floor (not lined) so the wood loses its color and fades however I feel very healthy in this room

Room B:
Wood Floor (lined with plastic) - this room makes me extremely hypometabolic and makes me crave grounding

They tend to line nearly all wood floors with plastic these days to prevent damage to the flooring but its dangerous to live in a room like this

If all the floors in your house are lined with plastic - you're going to have to find a way to ground the floor - the way I did it Is I took SEVERAL long pieces of leather Cord and had one end touching the concrete ground in my backyard and the other end touching my lined plastic floor - you can do this several times with different electrically conductive material to ground your flooring

ORLY? I have not seen that so much. Although a nice rug, maybe Oriental, that really ties the room—that I have seen.

Tiles are nasty and reminiscent of the concrete floor of a prison. Hard surfaces are dehumanising. Surfaces should have some give and large expanses of flat/blank space are best avoided.
Rugs, and making them, are very important in some cultures. I think it's because rugs can be shaken out and thus free of dust, but soft like Hei said. A soft rug encourages you to sit on the floor, and that's good for your hips and spine.

James, do you not like rubber? I thought you were a fan of latex for sleeping material.

Nope - Rubber I find to be highly toxic and it makes me depressed and same story for latex

I sleep on a pure wool comforter on a wooden floor - Only Wool and Cotton its nothing toxic

Major element of a Peaty room would be to remove all fluorescent/white lightbulbs and replacing them with warmer orange or even red light.
