Yeah america seems too have taken abit of a turn for the better. I really cant live in sweden cause they already test me for steroids just because I look muscular. Thats literally all needed in Sweden to get tested. The reason this is a problem is because pretty much everything is illegal without prescription: cypro, bromantane, preg, progest, dhea, thyroid...
LOL WTF? How does that work exactly?

I feel like overreacting and acting like one is living in a hard lock down is also a sign of "poor" metabolism. America is fine and this is not some "lockdown". The United States has come out strong from the lockdown. Economy is strong, people have more money than ever, real estate is booming. The overreaction and the need use word like authoritative and night and day difference is absurd. After seeing other countries this place is pretty good. I did a thread on other places to live earlier, and USA compares pretty well.

Not every state has reopened entirely, some businesses are still being forced to operate at partial capacity and forced to wear masks all day. Many small businesses have been permanently shut down. It is false to say the economy is "strong", the rate of inflation is very high in the US, and it imports many of its products and foods from other countries. It does not have real abundance. Most everything is monopolized, for example GM monocrops, only a few companies control much of the industrial food supply. Wealth in real estate is not anything long-lasting, as we have seen with previous housing bubbles, things can change quickly. Real wealth is abundance of things that sustain life, not the rise or fall of the numerical agreement on what others think for the dollar, which is completely arbitrary. The more people that lose their job and go onto unemployment, this massively increases inflation, and that is expecting to continue.

To downplay the effects of these things, and to downplay other's righteous anger for having Big Brother ruin their livelihood and breath down their necks, shows you have really little understanding or empathy for those who have been affected by the Corona mandates. If you did understand how the lockdowns have thrown millions into starvation and poverty (especially in the Third World), then you probably wouldn't be so self-righteous telling people that complaining is a sign of their "poor metabolism". I have to wonder if you even live in the US, because your comment sounds like you have no experience living here, just commenting from your own personal bubble about how "fine" America is doing. To say anything is strong here right now, is so completely false. Will America recover financially from these things eventually? Maybe so, but right now many people are drowning in debt, their business is done with, and they have been forced into unemployment or into lower paying jobs to survive. This is reality. Of course America is better than Western Europe and Chile in terms of the severity of the Corona restrictions, however, that's not saying much. Many states imposed a curfew for example. If you're happy being treated like a child by your government, good for you, but a lot of people are upset with that, and for good reasons.

How about can’t go anywhere to do anything other than get groceries or medical help? Can’t travel interstate, overseas or even beyond your 5km radius when the gov decides they need to up the ante. Can’t socialise in bigger groups. Can’t run a business because at the drop of a hat we’re all sent to our rooms again like children.

None of that seems an issue to you? Clean air and quiet streets are nice though.
Sounds like Sydney ...
