I thought sugar is good for lowering stress hormones and I thought it worked for me (I have also always longed for desserts based on fat and sugar, they are usually dairy) but I have been nervous for a long time after the midday meal that I always finish it with something sweet (chocolate, yogurt or sweetened milk, etc) and I'm wondering if it could be due to the white sugar.
