Does anyone know if vitamin-E oil contains enough PUFA to cause hypothyroidism?

Have been taking this Liquid Vitamin E Solgar Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs.
but am concerned as to whether any PUFA present could contribute to hypothyroidism? Would there be enough PUFA in 1ml per day to make any difference?

What is the carrier oil ? I would not be concerned, PUFA is virtually unavoidable. Even if it is one gram, do you think that is all bad ?

How big is the pill?

I used to check my pills by weighing them on a micro scale, then squeezing out the contents and weighing the empty gelatin capsule. Minus the capsule weight from the total weight then find out how much the vitamin E weighs. What remains is the oil and not all of that is PUFA. PUFA was usually under 100mg or something really small.

Pufa would not matter in this case unless its something like soy oil which has phytoestrogens, goitrogens. Vitamin e is supposed to nullify pufa
