Could post exercise malaise be explained by the release of tissue bound estrogen when exercising?

I know the link between progesterone and tissue bound estrogen.

Could tissue bound estrogen be stored when there is an excess of serum estrogen that the liver can’t deal with?

Could lowering serum estrogen say with an AI prompt the release of tissue bound estrogen so that it can be dealt with by liver?

My experience.

Even walk makes me feel the symptoms

Using an ai or other potent estrogen lowering substance or even not eating anything makes me feel better in the short term then back to the same or worse within a day or two. Even coffee makes me feel good the first few days before I just feel awful.

Alcohol makes me feel awful for days, is this because the liver becomes less efficient at removing estrogen until the alcohol is dealt with?

in general - yes, exercise is a potential stress and can set off the whole stress cascade, which e2 is a part of

what kind of symptoms do you get?
