Thanks for your contributions, everyone. It’s cool to hear that similar movements and exercises in the form of yoga, functional patterns, stretching, etc are benefiting you too. I will definitely need to look into incorporating supplemental movements along with the dancing. I’d do it all day long but my legs are so tired hahah. You’ve given me some great resources to look into.

Another amazing thing I’ve noticed is that moving around makes standing so much more tolerable. There have been times in the past where I’d try to motivate myself to stand at work more, so I’d just raise my desk and stand, but my back would start to hurt. It’s clear to me that we’re not meant to be stationary in sitting or standing positions for too long.
