Could I get a few opinions on my bloodwork?

Apologies in advance if this type of thing is frowned upon here.

Went in for a blood test, and got the results back. Three images, link below:

22 year old male, came off of O3 rich/low carb/fasting diet a few months ago.

I wanted them to check estradiol as well, but the doctor said that "only matters for women".

You are missing one of the most important number, PTH.
Your blood calcium is high and vitamin D level is low and this
together can indicate a high PTH. But PTH changes very quickly,
you can lower PTH just by increasing calcium intake and decreasing
phosphorus intake. I reduced PTH from 65 to 12 just by adding
egg shell powder, i think it was equivalent to 2000 mg of calcium.
calcium : phosphorus ratio of 2:1 to 1:1 can be helpful here.
Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Niacinamide and vitamin A also play role in lowering PTH.
You can get away with lower calcium intake if vitamin D level is higher.
Your iron saturation index is quite high for your age. RP mentioned that
a saturation index below 25% is protective against cancer.
Your prolactin is in a healthy range. RP thinks Prolactin is a
very good indicator of over all health.
Your high cholesterol reflects your high TSH and low T3.
I have seen studies that found total T3 around 130 in healthy people.

Estradiol might actually be worthless. Prolactin better reflects whole body estrogen than serum estrogen.

Hypervitaminosis A provokes hypercalcemia, I thought by increasing PTH. So it would be good to double check if it would lower PTH in lower amounts. Maybe focusing on vitamin D and calcium intake would be enough for PTH. That said, it's good to have an adequate level of vitamin A for other reasons.

I think vitamin E can be helpful if you have too much iron. Whe I react badly to a vitamin E supplement, taking it topically significantly reduces the reactions. It's still good to try to buy one without bad additives.
