Isocort's the only thing that gives me noticeable energy.
No amount of thyroid (T3 and/or T4), coffee, or any of the vast nutritional strategies I've tried is able to do the same.
How crucial is cortisol really? Or am I possibly just that entrenched in inefficient energetic mechanism?
