Does Jeffrey Smith know what an APPEAL is?

The company denies that glyphosate is dangerous and says it will appeal.

Way too premature to declare victory.

AH Robbins said they would appeal the copper T birth control device decision. They did not because of the media exposure,
It is very hard to overturn a jury decision if there are no blatant legal mistakes. Appeal is not based on outcome or not liking the decision.
Saying appeal is a knee jerk reaction when a corporation loses.

The interesting part is the million documents that are now in the public domain that were not blocked during disclosure. We shall see

No matter what this is like hormesis in thought for the world. Maybe people will think when they go to buy another bottle of weed killer or the farmer will wonder if the spraying of his crops is dangerous to himself or his family.


One can be happy and optimistic or one can be negative. it is a choice. I know it made my day a little better.
