I did not know that corn oil was used in vit d softgels until recently and I've been taking 5k IU's daily. Am I screwed?

the amount is so little it probably has little effect, however there are tons of brands that sell vitamin D in olive oil and/or MCT

Oh ok, that's a relief, I rarely got any PUFA's from anywhere else besides from these gels.
