Question for you peat brethren:
Every time I eat cheese, I get this cool feeling on the sides of my eyes and sometimes in my forehead. It's accompanied with a feeling of well-being and calm. I friggen love it. I'm super sensitive to lactose, so this generally only happens when I eat drunken goat cheese from Whole Foods (which I tolerate well).
Has anyone else ever had this? It feels like its a good response, and I'm wondering if this suggests some type of deficiency.
PS - feel ******* awesome this morning despite not getting a ton of sleep. Long live salt, pregnenolone, and OJ with baking soda!
