Constipation Yet Again

10k a day ( Vitamin D ) gave me constipation and high serum calcium until I added WHOLE milk and magnesium oxide 500 mg min. Coffee is dehydrating and you stilll need juices to counterbalance. Make sure to get some more fats too.

Lots of Mg would most likly solve the constipation. And help absorb the Ca better
What type of magnesium is the most appropriate?
I have been taking magnesium citrate and I didn't notice any benefit and even though my stools became looser, I still had some constipation or slow transit.
Could be a better choice magnesium bisglycinate?
