Whey is high in tryptophan (not good). So you could compare the tryptophan in each to see if one has less than the other. Ray Peat warns about tryptophan here: Tryptophan, serotonin, and agingChecking myprotein.com... concentrate is 19g protein per serving and 22% cholesterol for the day. Isolate is 22g protein per serving and 0% cholesterol.
