I was thinking for a good meal/breakfast replacement:

Milk powder 50g
Collagen 20g
Sugar 50g

Anything else?

Just get some quality local milk, meat, eggs, and fruit. Shakes, powders, and most supplements are overrated imo. Better to spend money on the highest quality unprocessed food you can get than trying to construct a combo of processed foods that look good on paper, but in reality aren’t that great.

It’s not much harder to prepare these foods than a homemade meal replacement shake.

I do coconut water, powdered skim milk, gelatin, maple syrup and ceylon cinnamon and it's pretty tasty. sometimes add melted butter too

i put in a cup and do 7 clockwise stirs, then 11 counterclockwise stirs, followed by 3.5 final clockwise stirs

Good, because Ray says that 8 clockwise stirs is serotonergic
Sorry if it's to late, just found it, what the magic tricks you guys talking about?! Could you please give some details?
