never been on trt or any anti androgens. I am taking the following supplements and noticing testicle aching. Is there something in here that is bad for my hormones?

Vitamin k2 as mk4 500mcg
Vitamin k2 as mk7 100mcg
Cialis, citrulline, vitamin C, ashwaganda, pumpkin oil, black pepper can all be harmful. Cialis and citrulline increase nitric oxide which causes vascular leakiness and inflammation. Synthetic vitamin C is contaminated with heavy metals. Ashwaganda and black pepper increase serotonin which slows down metabolism. Pumpkin oil is 50% PUFA. The amount of fillers you are ingesting from that many supplements can also be inflammatory.

See what happens when you stop taking all supplements for a while except the ACE-inhibitor, since that can cause rebound hypertension. The ACE-inhibitor can also be inflammatory if it's causing a cough, indicating an excessive inhibition of ACE disturbing bradykinin breakdown. Bradykinin increases sensitivity to pain and causes the same vascular leakiness and inflammation as nitric oxide.

Thanks for the reply. I have stopped most of the supplements and only taking half of the ace inhibitor daily. Do you know if ace inhibitors can **** with hormones or thyroid?

It's protective at the right dose, decreasing angiotensin II while still allowing a little bit of ACE activity, for the purpose of destroying bradykinin. Vitamin D3, progesterone, salt to taste, taurine, lowering parathyroid hormone with a good calcium to phosporus ratio, 2:1 or 1:1, with the help of milk or supplemental calcium, can all have a similar angiotensin II lowering effect as the ACE inhibitor.

It can cause issues with thyroid function if it's having the bradykinin overdose effect. Bradykinin stimulates prostaglandin and nitric oxide production causing inflammation.
