It's important the entire pregnancy. Knowing that the body, when in strong health, should be making hundreds of mg per day is a good indication how much a woman can take as the pregnancy goes on. The key is to support it with as much quality nutrition, sunlight, rest, etc as possible. Dr. Brewer is someone we studied as well via Peat's recommendation.During first 3 months it's easy to loose pregnancy if progesterone levels are not sufficient, that's why I said it's a critical time and supplementation progest-e may really help with keeping pregnancy. I wasn't sure what's optimal later in pregnancy, but your experience did help me to understand it better. Thank you
