Isnt this similar to what harmless harvest does for their pink coconut water? I think they mentioned a proprietary pressure process for their processing, and thats why their coconut water has to be refrigerated?
And is this truly safe, since it lasts longer than pasteurized milks? Does it last so long because of a specialized ultra tight sealing process in the container, like what tetrapak does for some juices and coconut waters?
And im curious if you know if simply adding salt to milk would make it last a lot longer and if that’s a viable method to preserve it or lengthen its shelf life…
