aspirin lowers blood sugar. Perhaps adrenaline increased to compensate. I consume lots of sugar with aspirin to,prevent this.

I only had aspirin with a bit of coffee and one teaspoon of sugar.
Wondering if it's worth experimenting with it.

Aspirin is extraordinary. Profound drug. I often take a gram at a time. Back stop with plenty of good fruit or juice. Coffee is great with aspirin provided your nutrition supports it.
