Hey guys! I'd like to ask for your opinions.
I have cold feet (usually in the first half of the day). And it's not always. Sometimes I don't wear socks all day.
I was blaming the thyroid for it, but I was wondering if it could be related with something else. Maybe the spinal cord, and some nerve contraction in one of the disks.
I did a scan of the upper spinal cord and they found something odd. And I thought that I might have such things in my lower spine as well.
Hence blood circulation is not optimal, and hence cold feet.
Does it make sense?
I know my thyroid is not perfect (TSH 1.4). Digestion smooth and regular, but having acne.
Anyway, I would like to hear your thoughts.
