Coffee/peppers Causing Itchiness. is This Histamine?

This happens all the time with hot peppers, and only happens with coffee when I've taken a break from it.

Upon ingestion, I get prickly sensations all over my skin, like I need to scratch everywhere. Is this related to histamine, do you think?

It's also happened with sunlight exposure occasionally.
