I don't know how this thread got overlooked Experienced. This is an exciting topic that is inline with everything Ray Peat has said. I personally can attest to coffee's ability to shed fat. When I had my first son at 28, I had never drank coffee, and I could not get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. It was a different story with having my second son at 32, I had my hands full and started drinking coffee for the first time in my life, and lost all my baby weight within weeks! I was back to my pre-baby weight of size 4/6 and even got too thin for awhile. I use to think coffee was bad, but now I realize it has so many wonderful benefits! Great post!
