Those are not worms, it is the surface layer of the large intestine coming off due to the acidity etc. of coffee. Not necessarily terribly unhealthy, might help to normalize the bacterial flora etc.

Seems like coffee enemas are depleting me from my minerals.

I feel good on the same day, but after many weeks I’m feeling overall exhausted and edgy

Are you drinking fresh juices? Gerson warns that over doing enemas without replenishing electrolytes (which are absorbed in the colon, the lower, larger intestine just before the rectum) can cause issues. Fruit and vegetables juices fix that, which is why the Gerson protocol requires both--not just coffee enemas by themselves.

The coffee enemas are required in order to assist the elimination from the hyper-nutrition of fresh juices. If you're not getting fresh juices, then you have no predicate for long-term, regular use of coffee enemas. One every now and again could be fine, but regular use requires electrolyte replenishment.
