Everytime I drink coffee, I get fluid in one ear. It goes away after about twenty minutes.

Are you drinking organic coffee? If not it maybe be a reaction to a pesticide inbthe beans. What are you puting in your coffee?

Maybe it is a histamine reaction. I have always had more fluid in one ear and none to speak of in the other ear. An ear, nose, and throat doctor told me it was common.

My ears get itchy and water from histamines. Coffee and sugar are natural antihistamines so I could only deduce that it must be pesticides or the creamer you might be using.

This happens to me and is generally a sign of low Co2. Try B1. Also a little vinegar and water thins mucus if it feels kinda stuck. I get this when taking thyroid if I am not taking enough or go long durations without taking (at night).
