I think the fact that strong coffee (or big doses of caffeine) increase ammonia when consumed with protein is firmly established.
For me, avoiding protein in the first half of the day (when I’m sipping sweet coffee) isn’t practical.
Any tips on how to reduce ammonia or counteract this effect from caffeine?
