Here's a recipe I found for coffee icecream which uses only coconutmilk and a pro is that bc of the creaminess of the milk it doesn't require additional cream or eggs,so I thougth I'd post it for people who don't/can't do dairy: http://www.ineedcoffee.com/11/coconut-m ... ice-cream/
But I imagine you can easily substitute the espresso also if you want to make other flavors.
I'd really love to be able to make my own icecreams with spring/summer coming up also so I can make them cream (&eggfree),but I don't have an icecream maker and the ones I see in shops are way expensive! :'(
