Coconut Wraps

Hey all, I know that peat advocates coconut oil consumption, but I was wondering what the general consensus is on other coconut derived food, such as these coconut wraps: http://paleowrap.com.

I know that a lot of paleo ideas are based on a fantasy, but these wraps seem like a good peat- friendly alternative to bread to me. What does everyone think?

Coconut flour is mostly cellulose, the good part has already been removed, the oil.
