Hey.
What do you think about that product?
I use it when I feel like having a dessert. I mix it with cocoa and hot water and then eat it with spoon. Like a pudding. It is lowish in fat, I am more concerned with fibers.
Any opinion?

Some people have trouble with the fibre and/or allergy to the protein. You may or may not. If you like it, I'd say try it and see if you can tell any positive of negative effects.
