When I buy a dozen Mexi-cokes from the BevMo near me, the clerk wraps pairs of bottles in paper bags...

...that happen to be the perfect size for bag breathing. Ah, life's little joys.

Ha! I always ask for paper bags when I can get them now. At Walmart for $1 they have the brown paper bags for kids school lunches. Those are perfect. And you get like 50 or 100 of them I think, can't remember right now.

One Coke a day for me at lunchtime. And I always feel an instant uplifting effect from it.

Anecdotally I got the biggest improvements in my dry skin issues (crack elbows/feet) when I started drinking a lot more coke (and a bit of liver)

Bummer. I found mexican Coke at the store today, bought one but also a 4 pack of cream soda with natural cane sugar, as I prefer cream soda. I thought the thing we were looking for with the pop was just the sugar.

I still drink my half liter bottle a day, and love it!

Where do you get half liter bottles? I can only get 355ml bottles at a reasonable price.

I get 500 ml bottles from Ingles for $1.58. I get the smaller bottles from Costco. I usually split the half liter between breakfast and lunch.

So $0.99 for the 355 ml from krogers is a good deal.

Well, at Costco I get the 24 pack of 355 ml for around $18.

Its a couple hours drive away for me though, so a lot of the time I am stuck with my local 500 ml.

We get ours at Costco too. Two packs at a time. But I can never drink more than one in a day and still drink my oj.

I think I need the oj more. I can bag breathe for the CO2.
Also, unless I put a little ice cream in it, the coke is too sharp for me.
And I do get carried away with the ice cream. My latest waist measurement was alarming. It really needs to come down.

Right after writing this post, I poured a Coke. Am having a sip of a milk drink along with it instead of H-D in it. The Coke still seems sharp.

If I juiced carrots and made spinach smoothies with flaxseed oil everyone would be happy. Sure am glad I have my sugar and salt. : )
