Hi,

I have had dizziness for several years. The medical tests come normal every time.

My neurologist sent me

Cinnarizine

And I am not sure if anyone knows about It because forum doesnt offer much information about it. Could It be a substitute for ciproheptadine if you tend to dizziness? It is antihistimine, antiserotonergic, Calcium Channel blocker...
Any peaty alternative? Dramamine?...

I look forward to hearing from you

Regards

Its wiki page indicates that it's a d2 antagonist, and the side effects that are listed from that (from the page) don't sound very pleasant. Cyproheptadine is more of a d3 antagonist, so how it would compare to cinnarizine, who knows. I think both d2 and d3 receptors are pretty important for things like mood and wellbeing.
