Cialis (Tadalafil) v Viagra (Sildenafil) in terms of safety?

I know this is not really meant for here and I don’t advocate anyone use PDE5 inhibitors and their 100% not ray Peat approved, but with my current situation which I don’t want to go into detail about here, I do 100% need to use a PDE5 inhibitor from time to time, not daily, maybe the odd weekend every now and then.

So far, Cialis seems to be associated with less symptoms than Viagra, but Cialis stays In the body longer..

Which one do you all think would be safer? (I worry about things like blindness/hearing loss/priapism that could occur). I’ve extensively looked into both online, and it seems that them side effects are more common with viagra as it has a higher dose 20-100mg in one pill, with cialis I wouldn’t take anymore than 10mg.

(I'm fully aware of the negatives of this drug, I've fully weighed up the negatives and the positives and I'm happy to try them out from time to time)

I understand where you’re coming from man
I still use 5 mg cialis for sex and it seems to really help for me. I will say that I think lower dose cialis is probably better but some people also get better results for viagra
I’d say as long as it isn’t super frequent, and in lower dosages either is ok..

I am using Cialis 5mg for peyroines disease. It's the only thing the uro would give me. Definitely notice more blood flow. Not sure about it lowering BP at all. Feel absolutely no side effects.

I believe it’s very safe assuming you aren’t an alcoholic and don’t take 60 mg a day lol. Cialis also has a longer half life compared to Viagra. I believe Cialis is 36 hrs.

No I am not an alcoholic. I am currently taking it once a week. Does it affect your hormones or your natural ability to create an erection.?
