Chronic mental overwork (near burn out) + training cause AA deficiency

I feel OK after overworking my brain but in a combination with training (resistance training) it causes severe depression. Tried taking 5-10 g EAA pre/during/after workout, just reduced the recovery time of the muscles but adding 500 mg Tyrosine fixed everything. I think I'm turning hypothyroid while working that much.
So my observation is that Tyrosine > EAA in this condition (stress induced depression).
Something else, if I training without overworking (at work), everything seems to be OK.
