I have had chronic fatigue symptoms, and nothing helped like focusing on gut microbiome and using antibiotic herbs.
I did a thread on it: Gut Protocol For Insulin Resistance, Metabolism, And Energy

I looked at your other post; you said you are type 1 diabetic? If so, you might consider searching for "type 1 diabetes and thiamine" either on pubmed or just google it.I think you posted this to me before I've tried high dose thiamine I notice nothing from it.

Very sorry, my mistake. That was Tarmander's post, not yours.I don't have diabetes
How much ? I've get some biotin from b complex but I assume this isn't enough for this purpose.Give biotin a try.
From your diet oats and pea protein look questionable. Oats (grains in general) are the worst in my experience for health/energy. Maybe try to swap them for more fruit/honey and some tubers.Ive taken anywhere between 100mg to 5 grams , thaimine HCl and I have tried benfothiamine, I took 2-3 grams for up to a month , average day I have pea protein, oats , bananas, beef , Greek yoghurt , milk , orange juice

I'm not sure on the exact amount. Just saying you could maybe try adding in a little extra to see if it relieves fatigue. How much ? I've get some biotin from b complex but I assume this isn't enough for this purpose.
