Unfortunately Cronometer is not showing them, but I guess theiy are important.

What foods do you eat for them?

i often read chromium is good for diabetes and it’s prevention too.

Boron is very good and underrated. Its pro-testosterone, bone-building, anti-athritis and anti-fungal. 10mg a day would be good to prevent any problems, but some do 100+mg for some time if there is fungal problems. 700mcg is too little

Boron is definitely underrated.

10mg per day is very good for bone health, mineral regulation, raising low vitamin D (despite sun exposure or supplementation), raising free T, lowering SHBG, improving libido, lowering inflammation especially in the joints.
