The end of this article was definitely what I was looking for. I've been trying the full blown nocturnal thing, with random sleep times, but I've also felt like crap lately.

I live in Canada and its winter right now, so I guess ill use my Red Light Mini, as the scheduled light exposure at the same time every morning.

I came here looking for answers to wether being nocturnal was bad or not (if its winter anyways and your up north). I didn't find the answer to this but the article really stressed to use morning light exposure at the same time, and blue blocking in the evenings at the same time.

And yes, the "sleep in darkness" rule is what many would disagree with on this forum, right? I have a feeling lots of people here use amber night lights in their room as they sleep.
