Coffee does increase my bile flow and improve fat digestion, while caffeine alone does not.

Cant wait to try chlorogenic acid.

Good observation. Caffeine with the coffee is bad of the bones.
Coffee consumption and caffeine intake in relation to risk of fractures: a systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis of observational studies (2022)
ABSTRACT Background: Conflicting reports are available about the association of coffee or caffeine intake and risk of fracture. We performed the current updated systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis of coffee consumption and caffeine intake and risk of fracture to quantify this association.

Conclusion: High coffee consumption was protectively associated with risk of fracture in men, while caffeine intake was positive associated with risk.

Blueberries are the best source of chlorogenic acid - who would have thought?
They contain more per 100g than coffee.

INterestingly to replicate the weight loss study I posted earlier in this thread, you woul need less than 200g of blueberries per day.

CGA lowers liver enzymes and increases butyrate in the gut.

Chlorogenic acid continues to amaze.
In this study Yacon tuber extract (of which CGA is the main active component),increases testosterone levels 3- fold !

"Mean serum testosterone level was 3.0 times higher in the group treated with 200 mg/kg of YTE than the control group (5.09 ± 2.53 ng/ml vs. 1.66 ± 1.08 ng/ml, respectively)."

It also increases sperm count levels and has an antioxidant activity that is about half as strong as Vitamin E's.

Another one:
"Here, we demonstrated the administration of CGA at a dose of 12.5 mg/kgBW could reduce ER stress conditions and increase steroidogenesis in the testes of diabetic rats."
