Update on my taping. I think it's a paper tape I'm using now.
And I've graduated from the tiny bit of tape that's advised for beginners who feel stress with the mouth taped.
I tape all the way across now.
I think lip tape helps me go to sleep.
Another benefit is no more chapped lips. Or to be more exact, no more bleeding cracked lips. They are still slightly chapped.
