Recently I've been thought to have Anxitiy and I am seeking help for this.
I've been in beta blockers for some time now but for about 5 months I've been getting chest pain on the left and right, but more on the left.

Hosptial said 2 months ago my heart is fine and did a chest xray which came back ok
I'm going to see a heart specialist soon.

Tonight my chest has been at it's worst and the last thing I want to do us wake my parents up and tell them, it's worrying because it's a different pain than before and it's pretty scary and won't go away, any tips or anything you think it may be?

I had chronic chest pain at age 19, turned out to be costochondritis which can last for years. I did an exercise that made it go away in 1 day. Worth checking it out, here's the exercise: link

You can use any object at home to put in between your shoulder blades. I used a thick candle, or an empty Doctor's Best Vitamin C canister.

If it's not costochondritis or Tietze syndrome (which is like it), and is cardiovascular, then it's called angina pectoris. (I doubt it's this at your age if your healthy). Vitamin E and magnesium cure angina pectoris. TocoVit by Idea Labs is the best vitamin E on the market and highly recommended because it's a 100 times stronger than the garbage vitamin E commonly sold today. Magnesium supplements are abundant on the market, you could try transdermal magnesium chloride.
