Definitely salt! I have no idea how you can put the fat in but you could try cooling the mix, then add in coconut oil and disperse it throughout and cooling it solid. You'll end up with marbled jello steaks, just add some red coloring like beet juice? :lol:

A chef buddy of mine told me that salt "brings out the flavour" and "lowers the sweetness" in recipes and uses them to adjust the tastes.

There's a 99% chance that I put salt in it (each pinch I throw in is like a "HA! IN YOUR FACE" to the GP's that told me to go on a low sodium diet to reduce blood pressure).
