Do Ya"ll think that the enzymes in cheese would get degraded and become non problematic through the cooking of the cheese? for example if i fried eggs with mozzarella cheese. wouldnt the enzymes used in cheesemaking be destroyed? also has anyone noticed digestive problems from cheddar cheese, im wondering if it is the annato or cheddar cheese cultures?
