Cheese Good For Gallbladder?

As an experiment, I decided to stop all dairy to see if it would help with weight loss.

After just five days I got very bad gallbladder pains which were not unbearable but a constant ache and very worrying.

I suspected it had something to do with stopping cheese and milk. So I started just drinking milk and the pain reduced a little. A few days later I reintroduced cheese and the gallbladder pain went away completely.

Do you have any idea why cheese would be important for the gallbladder?

My uneducated guess would be that the fat in the cheese was stimulating a release of bile from the gallbladder, moving things along, so to speak. I have read before that people who go on low fat diets have trouble sometimes with their gallbladder because the lack of fat in their diet doesn't stimulate any release of bile, causing bile stones, etc.

Do things like coconut oil and eggs not have the same effect for you? Also I always drink lots of milk during both cuts and bulks; it helps with both.

Is 2% milk enough fat to stimulate the gallbladder?
