Check Your Altitude Online With Google Earth

I was curious at what altitude I was at, so I researched online how to find it. It's very easy with google earth. My altitude is 1500 feet, not impressive, but better then sea level.

Then simply put in your address, and it will zoom over to your address. Then, place your cursor where it shows your address, then you can look at the bottom of the page and it will tell you the elevation along with the latitude and longitude.

This is cool Charlie. Do you know when the beneficial effects turn up? Is it like 1,500m above sea level? From memory when I climbed a mountain it was around 3,000m that I felt altitude sickness.

I think it starts at around 5000ft, however, it's been a while so I could be off on that number.

Charlie my home is at 115ft/35m, and work 58ft/18m. I might as well be living under the sea! D:
