I met a Colombian woman who likes to cook and talking with her she told me an interesting recipe:
Take fish heads, pressure cook em for half an hour, let it cool, put it on a blender and make a cream out of the thing, add some garlic, onion, cilantro and comino. Cook it a few minutes and it’s like a cream or thick soup full of calcium from bones, gelatin from skin, protein from meat, tasty and full of some minerals also.
I know some of you aren’t gonna even give it a try xD
