Charcoal And Topical Supps

Does anyone know if, for example, I applied one of haidut's DMSO supps topically and then took activated charcoal, would the charcoal still be able to adsorb the supplement somehow? Or does bypassing the GI tract eliminate that possibility? It seems like it would, but I don't want to assume anything. I'd really like to not have to worry about timing.
