The only other thing I would add to this is to reduce blue light as well. If you don't have f.lux on your computer, I recommend it, if you spend a lot of time looking at a screen. I also change all the background on my devices to a solid red background. I certainly helps over time, using a computer is much easier on the eyes this way.
Good point, I use f.lux myself. Always have it on.

@Hans , do you have experience with Iberogast? I definitely have digestive issues (gas, bloating, slow emptying, constipation). Do you think it's worth a try? Is it safe?
I have not used it personally, but it's been studied for IBS and it's definitely effective. I think it's definitely something you can try out, and it's not even expensive.
It's a combination of 9 herbs, all of which is safe, so do give it a shot and let us know if it works for you.

Hi Everyone!

I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition of the retina called Central Serous Retinophaty.

I went to the doc because my left eye started some to create blurry visions at small distance and some kind of 3D optic on further distance.

The doctor diagnosted it. And told me reason is stress, it will heal in 3-6 probably from it owne.

I should start to meditate and cut my Cortisol Nosespray which i was using for chronic sinusitis.

Im indeed in a terrible stressfull situation right now which im trying to relieve(Job+Private/Combinated in home office)
Also overdid it with alcohol
And took the following supplements:
Highdose Piracetam 3x Daily 4,8g
Pregnenolone 6,25mg Mo-Fr
2times Dimysta Nosespray daily
Selfdescribed TRT 200mg weekly (EOD)
5mg Cialis daily

I instantly stopped everything except the TRT which i cut down to 150mg weekly.

Can you give me some advice about Pregnenolone,Cialis and Piracetam?

Thanks Br
Hey @Bizzactiondrive , I was recently diagnosed with central serous retinopathy

I've been on TRT for 4 months now (topical).

Wondering how long it take to fix your CSR? And is there anything in particular that helped?

Thanks!
