Rollins appears to have a bit of fat around his abdomen and breasts (high cortisol + inflammation?)

- Soup (he didn't specify what kind of soup; steak & potato soup will obviously differ greatly from tomato soup, for example) & Sandwich (he also didn't specify the type of sandwich; huge variances there) OR Blue Corn Tortilla Chips(per 14 chips) 140 kcal, 2g protein, 19g carbs, 0g sugars
