CD4 / CD8 ratio

Anyone have any insights/experiences on this?

I'm nearly 30, and during covid my CD4/8 ratio was 1.33. Supposedly a ratio of about 2 is ideal, and <1 means immunocompromised. Are there ways to increase it?
