cavities

Been following a peat diet for several months now saw a dentist said I have 2 cavities,, what can I do differently?
I drink about 40-50 ounces of orange juice a day plus eat a bunch of dates

on and off yes... i take the Super K by life extensions now....
I thought about just brushing more often (2x a day at least) usually just do it once in the morning then maybe rinsing my mouth with water after drinking orange juice or eating dried fruits
