Cascara Sagrada And Thyroid Medication

Do I need to take Cascara away from my thyroid medication.?
Not sure if they will interact with one another or not.

I personally try to take cascara a couple hours away from any oral supplements or medicines (besides activated charcoal) just to be on the safe side. I don't have any references for this practice just personal experience and the thought that since it speeds transit time I don't want it to move other things out too quickly that I want to absorb fully.

Thanks for your message. I cleared reverse T3 but all my T levels are now very low and thought that the cascara may be the cause
