Would dehydrated carrots that have been baked in the oven with salt and coconut oil have a similar effect as the raw carrot?

I'm looking to eat more carrots and the salad isn't appealing anymore. I guess a dip with carrot sticks could work too, but what dip! Pre-peat days I'd eat a jar of almond butter A WEEK!

maybe not...the reason for the raw carrot for the fiber and raw starch content which is why they specify one raw medium carrot. Also when you cook carrots it breaks down the starches making them soft and digestible and even raises sugar.

Still healthy though

You can make a dip with spinach, mozzarella cheese, shaved Parmesan, Romano cheese with some onion and heated up.
