Would it make more sense to do the carrot salad before or after a coffee enema?

Stop doing enemas, they will give you hemorroids long term.
Induce diarrhea instead, with castor oil, way more efficient

Castor oil does indeed induce diarrhea it is used a lot in ayurvedic medicine. Ive just read you saying in another thread that you passed some stones doing coffee enemas and you were recommending them and a liver flush as being very beneficial. Have you changed your mind or do you think periodically or occasionally they can still be beneficial?
